Time Passes Quickly

Many things have changed in the last months.... being open, not open (because of Jessie Mae's constant travel) as well as locati0on and set up.We have gotten a new Barista-in-training, Hilde, and she has been a great help!
Very committed to the world of coffee!

The customers continue to enjoy themselves, and we have had an addition to our menu - we temporarily offer smoothies thanks to Kristin's initiative!

The joys of creating have returned

and so have the satisfied customers!

Sad days...

We are in the middle of the great coffee drought. It's a sad time, but most days hope still remains. Closed for almost a month was not the way we planned to spend the autumn... but these things happen.

Currently we are raising money for a new machine, as our old baby has let us down.

A New Home

We have moved and now have walls, a funky bar ( made of bricks and an old door) and a Koslig atmosphere! Special thanks to Øystein and Beate for their hours of hard work! This wouldn't have been possible without those two (they are also some of our most faithful customers!)

Last night we had the Grand Opening in our new location, and it was a hit!

It was a great time when the DTS returned from outreach! We drank a lot of coffee... these guys know what it is to be passionate about something you've been waiting for! I applaud the courage to try new flavours and a special thanks to all those who request a "Latte Surprise" - I love to experiment!!

We are officially too big for this room now. I have to set up in larger areas, and I think I will very soon be needing additional help. I think this coffee this is catching on!
